ASSESSMENT, TREATMENT AND ONGOING CARE
A significant contributing factor in recovery is having an appropriate diagnosis. At K.F. Chiropractic we put an emphasis in determining each patient diagnosis and making sure that the patient understands their condition. This allows for improved patient outcomes, greater patient education and a patient centred treatment.
Patients can expect to be fully assessed through history and physical examination to determine what is likely causing their condition. Patients will receive a diagnosis and explanation of the treatment plan specifically for them. This will include frequency of treatment, duration of chiropractic care, and prognosis. Patients can expect to receive take home exercises/rehab to be done between visits to maintain and improve their condition. Recovery is not limited to the clinic and patients will learn how to take control of their own health.
DIRECT BILLING AVAILABLE
We have direct billing available for your convenience for most major insurance companies. This includes all insurance companies under Telus eClaims (incl: Manulife, Sunlife, Canada Life, Great West Life, etc), Pacific Blue Cross and Green Shield Canada.
Insurance companies have different policies depending on your Extended Health Benefits plan. If you would like to know more please reach out and we will assist you in any way we can.

CUSTOM ORTHOTICS
Foot biomechanics play an important role in how you function. Custom orthotics are great for symptom management, foot mechanic correction or even performance improvement. The effects can be seen for local issues such as plantar fasciitis or shin splints, to more global issues such as low back pain or hip pain.
We utilize 3D laser to create an Anatomical Volumetric Foot Model to custom mold the orthotics to your individual foot. If you are interested in more information, please don't hesitate to ask.
